1. Ordering & Payments

  • When you place an order, you’re agreeing to buy the items at the listed price.

  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal.

  • Sometimes mistakes happen. If we can’t fulfill your order, we’ll contact you right away.

2. Personalized Products

  • All personalized items are made just for you. Double-check spelling, designs, and details before ordering.

  • Personalized products are final sale unless there’s a defect.

3. Shipping

  • Shipping times are estimates. Delays can happen due to carriers, weather, or holidays.

  • Once your order ships, we aren’t responsible for lost or delayed packages.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Non-personalized products: Can be returned within 7 days if unused and in original packaging.

  • Personalized products: Can’t be returned unless defective.

  • Refunds go back to your original payment method. Shipping fees aren’t refundable.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Everything on our site—photos, designs, logos—is owned by Rivers and Caves.

  • Please don’t copy or use our content without permission.

6. Reviews & Photos

  • If you share reviews or photos with us, we can use them to promote our products.
