At Rivers and Caves, every piece is made just for you — and we want you to absolutely love it.
Personalized Items
Because our stirrers and garnish picks are custom-made, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on personalized orders.
That said, if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
If your order arrives:

Damaged

Incorrect

Or different from what you approved
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include a photo. We’ll happily send a replacement.
Non-Personalized Items
Unused, non-custom items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible:

Items must be unused and in original condition

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
Once received, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
Order Changes & Cancellations
We begin production quickly so your order arrives fast.
If you need to make a change:
